  • Do you offer warranty?
    Yes! My products are warrantied against any manufacturing defects or against any other issues you might encounter. If an item becomes damaged in any way, please stop using it immediately and contact us. Items are not warrantied against intentional misuse, abuse, etc. This includes melting it with an flashlight, running over it with your car, or losing it in the beach. That being said i work really hard to make each item with a lot of care, I’ve yet to send a defective product, that is the wonderful part of doing it all in-house But if you have any trouble with one of my creations contact me im more than glad to help.
  • What's your return policy?
    Contact me if you had any issues with your product, all my items being customized with velcro or not, and with different interiors can make it hard to keep inventory and make returns. But im always willing to help out as much as i can. Great thing about you’d being able to choose and basically make most items your own is that exactly, each item is unique and personal. But means its custom to you, and makes it not appeal to others. On some occasions i accept returns with a 15% re-stocking fee. We're a really small company, so absorbing these kinds of things is difficult for us. As we grow hopefully we can keep learning and figuring out how to better improve the user experience.
  • What should I do if my package is lost or returned?
    1. If your package is lost, contact us to see how we can help. 2. Ensure that the correct address has been provided. 3. USPS sometimes loses packages; although it's not our fault, we will support you. Please let us know if anything happens. 4. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the client, the client will be responsible for paying to ship the item again. We will notify you as soon as we ship it back.
  • When will my order be shipped?
    All products are handmade when the order is received, so orders may take up to a week to be prepared and shipped. Cuando será enviada mi orden? Todos los productos son hechos a mano al momento que la orden es recibida, por eso la orden de usted puede tomar hasta una semana en ser terminada y enviada.
  • How long does shipping take?
    Once shipped, orders usually take 2-5 days to arrive. If you choose priority mail, it may arrive faster, but please note that delivery times can vary. You can monitor the shipment progress through USPS.com using the tracking number provided via email when your order has shipped. Puedes monitorear el estado de su orden una vez reciba el email con el rastreo de USPS. Usualmente tarda 2-5 días en llegar a su destino, el número de rastreo será proveído en el email de confirmación una vez su orden sea enviada.
  • What should I do if I put the wrong shipping address?
    If you put the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately. The fastest way is to text us at 787-718-0154. Alternatively, you can send an email to blankcanvasaccessories@gmail.com with the correct address. Items usually ship within 1-2 days, so it's crucial to contact us as soon as possible. Debes inmediatamente llamar o enviar mensaje de texto al 787-718-0154 para poder modificar la dirección en su orden. No tenemos forma de saber si la dirección que nos provee es la correcta por esa razón debe asegurarse de proveer la correcta o su paquete será devuelto a nuestra dirección y lamentablemente tendría que volver a pagar el envío.
  • How can I track my order?
    All orders are shipped via USPS. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. This number will allow you to monitor the status of your order and see its progress. Todas las órdenes salen por USPS, una vez enviada se le enviará una notificación vía email con el número de rastreo. El número le permitirá monitorear el estado de su orden por donde va y cuando llega.
  • Where are your products made?
    All the products are handcrafted right here in beautifully tropical Puerto Rico, all of the materials i use to make my products are locally sourced, some are imported from USA like the fabric rolls and YKK Zippers (those are hard to source).
  • Where is BCA located at?
    My shop is in Gurabo PR, its a small shop that’s not prepared for public, but i still like to disclose where were at. And if you’d like to pick up in person let me know it is very possible to arrange something. Estamos ubicados en Gurabo, PR. Somos una tienda Web, aunque no tenemos una tienda física si desea recoger en persona en Gurabo comunicarse con tiempo para coordinar.
