My shop is in Gurabo PR, its a small shop that’s not prepared for public, but its big enought to fit my sewing machines and cutting table plus all the fabrics. If you’d like to pick up in person let me know it is very possible to arrange something.

Yes! My products are warrantied against any manufacturing defects or against any other issues you might encounter. If an item becomes damaged in any way, please stop using it immediately and contact us. Items are not warrantied against intentional misuse, abuse, etc. This includes melting it with an flashlight,
running over it with your car, or losing it in the beach.
That being said i work really hard to make each item with a lot of care, I’ve yet to send a defective product, that is the wonderful part of doing it all in-house But if you have any trouble with one of my creations contact me im more than glad to help.
Return Policy:
Returns are accepted if requested within 7 business days of shipment delivery. You must reply to the original order notification to request a return or send an email quickly. All orders must be in new and unused condition to return. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs to return any order.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages in transit. It is recommended you choose priority shipping at checkout which includes $100 of insurance. The Free shipping option is First-Class and does not include any insurance. If your tracking shows "Delivered" and you haven't received it, it is best to reach out to your local carrier as they would be the one to scan it as delivered. I have no control over the carrier services.
That being said if the package is returned to us, contact me ASAP so that we can determine what happened.
All products are handmade when the order is received, so orders may take up to a week to be prepared and shipped.
We ship USPS to several countries, although you can expect delays after the pandemic-related issues. Buyer is responsible for all duties and fees,

Once shipped, orders usually take 2-5 days to arrive. If you choose priority mail, it may arrive faster, but please note that delivery times can vary. You can monitor the shipment progress through USPS.com using the tracking number provided via email when your order has shipped. Puedes monitorear el estado de su orden una vez reciba el email con el rastreo de USPS. Usualmente tarda 2-5 días en llegar a su destino, el número de rastreo será proveído en el email de confirmación una vez su orden sea enviada.
If you put the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately. The fastest way is to text us at 787-718-0154. Alternatively, you can send an email to bryan.bmp1@gmail.com(my personal email, fastest response) with the correct address. Items usually ship within a couple days, so it's crucial to contact us as soon as possible.
All orders are shipped via USPS. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. This number will allow you to monitor the status of your order and see its progress.
All the products are handcrafted right here in beautifully tropical Puerto Rico, all of the materials i use to make my products are locally sourced, some are imported from USA like the fabric rolls and YKK Zippers (those are hard to source).
