Return & Exchange Policy

At Blank Canvas Accessories, every single product is handcrafted and made-to-order based on your specific selections (color combinations, interior lining, velcro upgrades, and other modifications). Because we do not carry stock or pre-manufactured items, we operate under the following sales terms:

1. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

All Sales Are Final: All sales of items requiring individual customization (such as color choices, custom interiors, and added modifications) are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges due to personal preference, buyer's remorse, or changes of mind once production has begun or the item has shipped.
Bulk Ordering to Compare ("Bracketing"): Due to the intensive labor, materials, and time required for handcrafted production, we do not permit purchasing multiple customized items with the intention of keeping only one and returning the rest.

2. Exceptions: Manufacturing Defects or Order Errors

The only exception to our final sale policy is if an item arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect or if we made an error that deviates from your original order specifications.

Timeframe: You must notify us within 5 calendar days of receiving your package by emailing clear photos of the issue to our customer service email.
Resolution: If the mistake or defect is on our end, we will gladly repair or replace the item at no additional cost to you, covering all associated shipping fees.

3. Conditional Return*

Approved Exceptions & Restocking Fee: In the rare event that a return for a custom product is exceptionally approved, a 40% Restocking Fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee strictly covers the specialized labor and raw materials invested in your custom build.
Shipping Adjustments: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Furthermore, if a partial return causes the original order total to drop below our $70 Free Shipping threshold, the original shipping cost incurred by the shop will also be deducted from the final refund.

Shipping Information:

USPS Tracking Delays: If there are no updates on USPS tracking, it typically means the package may take longer than expected, but it will arrive.

USPS Transit: Once the package is with USPS, delivery speed is beyond our control. While USPS can be quick at times, occasional delays may occur. Rest assured, packages do reach their destinations.

Returned to sender Packages: If an incorrect address is provided, the package could get lost or returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange reshipment for a small fee of $6.50.
